Why he's called the Obama Christ

Louis Farrahkan once said of Obama, "You are the instruments that God is going to use to bring about universal change, and that is why Barack has captured the youth. And he has involved young people in a political process that they didn't care anything about. That's a sign. When the Messiah speaks, the youth will hear, and the Messiah is absolutely speaking."

I've heard Leftists recently contend that "Obama Christ" = "Anti Christ." That's news to me... and I use the turn of phrase pretty regularly.

Conservatives call him the "Obama Christ" because his followers seem to think him divine - not because his coming was foretold in the book of Revelations.

This isn't a difficult concept to grasp...
